Downhill is not a regular gym, it is not a place for sweat, training, or good body shape. To define downhill, I called it “Anti-Gym”. The idea is happiness, relaxation, and self-satisfaction, are all important to our well-being, even though it is a big lazy.
There is a saying that “It’s all downhill from here.”, meaning that things are getting worse or there will be just easy tasks to finish. It is both easy and joklingly giving up on physical exercises. Downhill always encourage people to embrace their laziness and take a break from their hectic lives.
